Absolutely. We will need to get enough information about your project to provide you with a price.
After a price has been accepted and an order has been placed, Image Center will send a proof on any artwork that we set up. If a customer provides print ready artwork, it normally isn’t necessary.
We ask that any changes are made in writing (an email is sufficient). You are able to change the quantity, shipping method or shipping address.
Please note: There are some changes that cannot be made after the order is in the production process. Example, artwork changes once the proof has been approved for print.
Yes. Design and Setup is an additional service we provide. The price is determined on a case by case basis.
For simple jobs, as little as 24-48 hours. More complex jobs can take longer. The process works best for customers who can provide their own logos, stock photos and provide good direction.
You will receive an email that has a link to your proof. Just click the blue “View Proof” button. While viewing the proof, you can respond in the Comments box or approve the proof for print.
Please note: Viewing your best works best on a computer. Some mobile devices have limitations that prevent the proof from being viewed, however, you can download the proof to your mobile device and open it.
Changes are not a problem. However, please allow 24-48 hours to see a revised proof. Our designers work on projects in the order received and revisions place your project back in to the design process.
EDDM is a U.S. Postal Service program that helps businesses get their promotions and advertisements into the hands of a targeted audience, without needing a mailing list or postage permit. Image Center offers the EDDM preparation as one of its Direct Mail services.
